By downloading, installing, or using Rinko ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Rinko grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single Windows machine per active subscription, for the purpose of running your mobile phone shop's billing, inventory, and reporting operations.
Rinko is licensed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). Each subscription is tied to a single machine, identified by a machine code generated by the Software. An activation key is provided after payment and must be entered in the Software to activate it. Keys are non-transferable between machines without prior written consent.
New installations include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No payment information is required to start a trial. Trial abuse, including repeated reinstalls to reset the trial, is not permitted.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You will be reminded before your subscription ends. If you do not renew within 7 days after expiry, the Software enters a limited mode: sales and recharges can still be recorded, but reports, analytics, CSV export, profit-by-source, and product management are locked. Your data is preserved and will be available again once you renew.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, resell, or attempt to bypass the licensing mechanism of the Software. You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
All data you enter into the Software, including sales, inventory, IMEI records, customer names, and phone numbers, belongs to you. Rinko does not access, mine, or sell your business data. The Software operates primarily offline. The only data transmitted to Rinko servers is what is required for license activation and periodic validation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Rinko is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep the Software reliable, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software, including lost profits or lost data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your business data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
