Every new installation of Rinko includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access. We strongly recommend using the trial to make sure Rinko fits your shop before you pay. No card is required to start the trial, and no charge is made when the trial ends.
If you purchase a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 72 hours (3 days) of your purchase. No questions asked. To request a refund, email support@getrinko.in with your order details.
After 72 hours from the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable. This is because the license key is issued and activated on your machine immediately at the time of purchase, and cannot be recovered or reused once delivered.
Rinko subscriptions do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel. Your subscription will simply expire at the end of its term. You will not be charged again unless you choose to renew.
After expiry, you have a 7-day grace period during which the Software continues to work as normal. After this grace period, the Software enters a limited mode: sales and recharges can still be recorded, but reports, analytics, CSV export, profit-by-source, and product management are locked. Your data is never deleted. Once you renew, all features unlock again immediately.
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), please email us and we will issue a refund for the incorrect charge regardless of the 72-hour window.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
For any refund or cancellation questions, email support@getrinko.in or message us on WhatsApp. We reply between 6pm and 9pm IST, every day.
